Instagram @blueforexfunds.

using any of our services. Use of service is defined as liking, commenting, subscribing,

2.1 Availability of Services Rendered Based On Age

signing up you agree that you over 18 years of age and that the provider has no way of

knowledge or way of verifying the corresponding laws and regulations in the said

3.0 Information Pertaining To Services Rendered by BFF
The Services are comprised of tools utilized for simulated foreign currency exchange
trading on the FOREX market.
You acknowledge that any trading that you perform through the Services is fictitious
(Assessment Stage 1/2/Funded; Express). You also are in accordance with the fact that
the funds provided to trade is for demo trading on all forms of trading accounts. You
have no right for ownership for the fictitious funds used during our services and after.
You will not be paid any remuneration or profits based on the results of the stimulated
trading and subsequently you will not be required to reimburse any losses incurred.
Please note that none of the services provided by Blue Forex Funds are considered as
investment services in accordance with the applicable laws. None of the services
constitute as financial/investment advice. You are using this service at your own risk
and Blue Forex Funds and its Employees, Affiliates, Directors, Agents will not be liable
for any losses that you the user may sustain as a result of the use of the services or
acting on any information provided by any copied trader, account, portfolio, or
investment strategy. Blue Forex Funds and its employees have no knowledge and thus
will not be liable and be able to guarantee profitability of the future performance of any
trader account, portfolio strategy, transaction or trade, any specific level of performance
or the duchess of any trading strategies. Trading strategies are subject to various
market, currency , economic, political and business risks. Trading decisions may not be
profitable and may result in the loss of your entire invested amount. Past results are not
a guarantee or prediction of future performance. THE PROVIDER EXPLICITLY STATES
THAT THEY ARE NOT A PROVIDING ANY INVESTMENT ADVICE OR INVESTMENT
SERVICES AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM.
BlueFOREXFUNDS and its associates only offer study purposes related to trading on
the financial forex markets and has no specific investment strategies.
BlueFOREXFUNDS is a trading competition and is not an investment platform for any
trader. We always urge our participants to understand the risks associated to trading
and that your capital is always at risk. We are not liable for any market manipulations,
crashes or loss of capital to which the trader agrees to. Purchases of programs
(assessment & express) should not be considered deposits. All program fees are used
for operation costs including, but not limited to, staff, technology and other business
related expenses. All program fees are deemed as final sale and thus no refunds are
issued.
If selected for an interview for marketing purposes, the trader is required to provide us with a interview and an Instagram repost of the Company. Failure to comply will result in account suspension. Any form of tampering with the account (Stage 1/Stage 2/ Funded Account) including unauthorized password changes, transfer of accounts will result in account suspension.
4.0 Personal Data Collection
Anyone who subscribes to our service may be required to provide information that will
be used to identify and contact the user. This type of personal information may include
but is not limited to: first and last name, phone number, email, address (Province, State,
ZIP/Postal code, City, Region), and usage data . Bank account information to pay for
products within the scope of Services provided (refund of challenge fees and profit
payouts where applicable). When clients pay for a service through bank transfer, were
may ask you to provide information to facilitate this transaction and to verify your
identity. This type of personal information may include but is not limited to: Passport or
National ID card, Driver’s License, Bank card statement, information indicative of your
address of residence, Date of birth.

The Company allows the user to make an account and log in to use the Service utilizing
Social Media Services which are deemed as Third-party in nature- Twitter, Facebook,
Google
Should the customer decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third- Party Social Media Service, BFF may collect Personal data associated with the the customer’s Third-Party Social Media Service’s account- ie., clients name, email address, activities or contact list associated with that account.
You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through Your Third-Party Social Media Service’s account. If the customer opts to give such information and Personal Data, during registration or otherwise, the customer is giving the Company permission to use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

6.0 Fees and Payements
Clients are required to pay a registration fee before using our services – Assessment
Program and Express Program. The registration fee is paid for getting access to the
“TWO STAGE ASSESSMENT PROGRAM”. You are not entitled to a refund of the fee if
you fail to complete either phase of our Assessment Program. The registration fee paid
for the Express Program is NON- REFUNDABLE in nature under any circumstances.
The fees for our services are in USD. The payment processor utilized to collect these funds is STRIPE. You acknowledge that the rates are in USD and that any payments for the services that are made in non- USD funds, will be automatically converted to the exchange rate provided by STRIPE. Blue Forex Funds has no control over the exchange rate or the method of payment our clients use to register for our services.
The fees for our services are in USD. The payment processor utilized to collect these funds is STRIPE. You acknowledge that the rates are in USD and that any payments for the services that are made in non- USD funds, will be automatically converted to the exchange rate provided by STRIPE. Blue Forex Funds has no control over the exchange rate or the method of payment our clients use to register for our services.
7.0 Risk Disclosure
You shall use this Platform at your own risk. The Website and Instagram of Blue
Forex Funds is under constant improvement and changes. It is your responsibility to
ensure that you are up to date with the changes made.
Neither BLUE FOREX FUNDS, its agents, affiliates, directors, shareholders, members, partners, managers, employees, officers, information providers, attorneys shall have any liability with respect to and hereby waive, release and agree nit ti sue any of the upon any claim for any special indirect incidental or consequential damages suffered or incurred by you in connection with arising out of or in any way related to this agreement or your use of any of our set ives even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages.
If you are not content with the services or any to the content contained therein, your sole and exclusive solution is to discontinue using our platform and our services.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. We reserve the right, at our own cost, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with us in asserting any available defences.
Blue Forex Funds is an Educational Service Provider. Consequently, we do not provide any financial, investment, tax, brokerage or any other financial services. We have no broker affiliations, and you also agree that Blue Forex Funds does not accept any deposits into the brokerages, we only charge fees for our staff/support team/ and operations of technology costs. You agree that brokers and operators of trading platforms are persons or entities that are separate from Blue Forex Funds, and their unique terms and conditions will apply when their services are utilized.
Information on this platform is deemed “AS IS”. There is no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, and timelines of the results obtained from the use of this information.

8.0 Termination of Services
Blue Forex Funds has the right at its sole discretion to terminate your access to the Site
and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. Failure to
maintain your account in good standing, violating any of the parameters, utilizing EA’s
(expert advisors) or signals that produce trades that are too similar to other accounts,
EA’s that take advantage in the delays in MT4/MT5, latency arbitrage (HFT) systems.
These rules apply at any stage for Assessment and Express Accounts.
You are still be obligated to these terms even if your account is terminated. Specifically,
any of your obligations relating to limitations on liability, and indemnification, as
well as any other obligations under this Agreement that by their nature are intended to
survive, including any payment or services obligation, will survive termination of this
Agreement. Use of expert advisors which place stop losses automatically are not permitted on any of the accounts as this does not demonstrate the users trading knowledge, however, it oftentimes results in huge losses of capital should there be unforeseen movement within the markets. Any form of verbal, written abuse, propagation of unauthorized illegitimate information against the Company will result in account termination and permanent ban from the platform” Legal action may be taken against the end user.
